Why We Built a Partnership Model, Not an Agency
Every agency we watched growing up charged the same way: fat monthly retainer, vague deliverables, no real accountability to revenue. Meanwhile the small businesses we cared about — the ones under $1M in revenue — couldn't afford enterprise-agency pricing and couldn't trust freelance-platform quality.
So we built Cause & Effect with a different DNA: profit share, skin in the game, and three disciplines unified — digital, finance, and operations — that agencies normally silo.

Georgia Tech ISYE (Industrial & Systems Engineering) with a Supply Chain focus. Process efficiency, forecasting, demand planning, routing, simulation. Also the engineer who wrote the Cause & Effect plugin system: 4 Claude Code plugins running on 8 Cloudflare Workers that power every partner site's daily SEO audit, auto-fix, and blog production pipeline.
