Management fee is $197/mo flat + 10% of ad spend. Your ad spend budget is separate and paid directly to Google/Meta. Bundle with Foundation (website + CRM + automation) at $594/mo or the full Growth System at $997/mo. Or $0 management fee inside the 100-Day Growth Partnership if you qualify.
How much should I spend on ads to start? +
Minimum viable spend for Google is $2,500/mo, Meta $1,500/mo. Below that, there's not enough data to optimize. We'll tell you honestly if your budget is too thin — and often recommend SEO first until it's not.
How fast will I see results? +
First qualified leads within 2 weeks if the offer and tracking are solid. Meaningful ROAS takes 6-8 weeks of optimization. Anyone promising ROAS in week one is ignoring the learning phase math.
What's NOT included? +
Ad spend itself (paid directly to Google/Meta). Video production (we can recommend partners). Landing page builds beyond conversion review (that's our Web Design service). Influencer, TikTok, and LinkedIn ads are not currently offered.
